Had a friend on East Kurrajong Rd.  Brilliant views of the New Year fireworks in 2 or 3 places on the coast from her place.

Know it well. Beautiful area, high ridgeline, rolling vistas (ignore the chook farms) ... but you're better off down there in God's Country, slowdown! (Heart Tassie)

Yep a different place now Brave. My Dad lived at Warrigal Road for most of his life before moving to Tea Gardens to retire. It is a really nice area.

don't know that lane Plastic. No doubt plenty of money made out of the area. My Dad had a pretty full on job and when he retired he was responsible for keeping the lights on for all of Sydney excepting the city so Kurrajong was an ideal place for him to live despite the travel. A shame they didnt have work from home then. they were very long days for him.

When the friends moved out to E K Rd it was beautiful. All large lots with a few horses and gardens etc.  By the time they sold and moved to Kew/Kendal way most of it had been turned into a not so pleasant area. People who bought next door raced dirt bikes round and round the paddock right next to their house all day long and at weekends all their friends came and added to the noises. At night big wild barbies which ended up with fireworks. No good for horses and their dog. It was really changing, and not for the best. They had a lovely big garden and just been there long enough to get some trees up a bit.
We drove past there awhile ago and its now a market garden right to the road, all the trees been knocked down, and the house looks a shambles.  Bit like a Nairobi slum really.  Such a shame the city is reaching out further all the time.

So I'm thinking this is basically a 'put' a price to them so they can marketed them as XYZ value... ps... nobody with any clue will fall for it.

Funny enough i think most have passe in at Inglis, except for the Hitotsu, who went for 60k, not sure why, hes a very weedy looky weanling.

Equine Growth Fund, still no idea who they are, have been spending up BIG these sales.

Stefan Pardi from SP Bloodstock seems to be working with/for them.

Is that the same guy who got in trouble with nsw racing a decade or so ago?

It was just one of the sales so far Acacia, not sure if they are connected to Vellas or the what, they seem to be buying a lot online and in person.

Just my guess.

Equine Growth Fund is a registered business name and has no ABN, so the odds are it’s beneficial owner is a sole trader, company or trust who…oops, new information 😀

Equity Growth Fund PTY LTD  has recently (19th March 2025) applied to ASIC for registration as a Pty Ltd company.

Registered office is “Norwest”, right next to the Hillsong mob 👀

It has an ACN.

But no ABN. There’s a trust behind this somewhere.

Not long ago, in a previous life, (where I didn’t have to pick up horse sh!t 😀) I had access to all the sites that could help this inquiry. Now It’s costs money lol.

Anywhere between $10-$60 will get you the names of the directors of Equine Growth Fund Pty Ltd. Just need to go to the ASIC site, get out your credit card (only method of payment lol) and type in the ACN I posted above.

Not just a pretty party boy, after all, ff LOL

Seriously, thanks for digging and sharing all the info (even us ponies ken, which is a credit to you) … It’s very questionable indeed but I think we can all be sure about one thing — watch this space!

It’s possible Equine Growth Fund Pty Ltd is the Trustee for Vella Family Trust.

Both entities registered to Norwest, NSW.

Ah, Norwest - the Holy Land of Hillsong LOL

Basically it’s the old Hills District, adjoining the Hawkesbury shire, now residential and commercial. A lot of ‘businesses’ based in Norwest.
