Yeah i reckon about a 20% correction should level things up a bit.....ease up on immigration now & we will do it on our ear....throw in Dim Jims stuff on top.....& the banks rate increase should take care of the rest

Won't be many casualties....OTHER than all the lovely young couples with a bit of drive who mortgaged themselves to the hilt over over past 5 years or so.....they will have negative equity.....end up in the poor house.....just price we ALL have to pay.....well maybe NOT ALL !
