I'll do it if Afros can work out what races he want included.  Not enough G1's at this time of the year.  It does seem quiet without the fun.

Congrats to all winners of each competition ClapStar

I would just like to offer a personal best wishes for the three competition organisers furious, Dizzy and Afros.

It is a lot of hard work and with some personal issues happening as well we all appreciate your hard work.

Thanks Voyager, this is one of the most enjoyable comps we have, along with the Tassie Tipping.

It is fun to be part of it., and the work for the roughies comp isn't a lot.

The addition of Afros' SP has added another level to it. And furious holds us all together!

I struggle to add up she means.  But yes I also love the comps.  Everyone celebrate the wins and bemoan the losses.  Maybe we can have a MM comp.  See who can pick the most winners for the day?

Hi all

I've got an idea for a little competition to run for 6 weeks, along the lines of the Spring Cup I ran in conjunction with the SP competition in this round.

Limited to 16 people.

4 Groups of 4 people.  Everyone has one fixture against each person in their group.

Scored the same way as the Spring Cup was, so the formula would be SP divided by finishing position, eg a $10 pop running 2nd returns a score of 5.  The selection can be at any meeting on the Saturday of the competion week, as long as the meetings results are available on racing Australia.  Reported starting price and finishing position on that site will be used.  The selection must finish in the prize money to return a score.

Winner is the highest score in the head to head.

After the fixture rounds, top 2 in each Group go into the Cup, bottom two in each Group go into the Saucer.  First round losers in the Cup go into the Plate, first round losers in the Bowl go into the Spoon.  This means that everyone will get a fixture for the first 5 weeks and half are going to make one of the finals.

Would many be keen? Could even make it two selections per user if desired but one is preferable for my because its less work
The worlds oldest fossil was discovered in Australia, they named it Rupert Murdoch.

When is the first g1.  Early February would clash with the six weeks. And you'd have two separate comps going together.  Maybe just t keep the in between a straight sp comp without the extra challenge.  I mean I barely ever get a winner mm day so picking a few over the day will be a challenge in itself for me
