Maybe I'm off track but is it time to stop media coverage of youth crime? Make the media coverage rules similar rules to suicide.
Have zero video replayed. Make it illegal as they possibly can on social media.
The kids love the notoriety. Making the news exacerbates the problem.

Agree entirely Marble.  The more coverage, the more "Challenge and dare you" stuff on social media.

Though the Murdoch press and its rusted on acolytes here would almost certainly disagree.
