We get yellow-tailed black cockatoos, who attack the Banksia trees above our car-park.

We get a laugh out of the silly people who park their cars under the trees. Their cars get banged up from the branches being hacked off.

Gee Furious that's almost an identical story to us. We had a magnificent Macadamia right if front of our bedroom window (pretty rare to have around this part of Sydney). Always having it cut back as it grew onto our roof. We too used to get great nut harvests  - until the white cockies - who soon found out it was a good source of food LOL Never worried us. They used to crack the nuts with their beaks - unbelievable. Also had a possum family in there for years - lovely little fellas

Now cop this - after 28yrs we sold the place to downsize - Korean family purchased. Within 3 days the tree was gone - as was every other tree on the property. Ugliest house in the world without the trees around it. Ouch

We got quite upset over it - never gone back since Ouch

we even get frogs up on the second story of our block of flats.

The cats used to go berserk when they'd jump in the  flat, off the balcony.

What a bloody shame oneone Ouch I can well understand your remorse Cry
My OH has it too furious, drives him mad tho' the hearing aids help a little bit. In his case, too many years of power tools & chainsaws caught up.

Wisdom has been chasing me but I've always outrun it!

They can speculate all they like.

Only the magpie actually knows how many faces he recognises.

100 is just a number plucked out of the air.

Has to be said that with the change in our political landscape this thread could be big over the next 3 years.

Mr Albanese's pet dog was even showing its support by wearing a red bandana that read, 'Albo 2022'
