I dont care who wants to be what,  to each his own,  but you would have to suspect if a bloke is born into a man,s body, some of that body is going to still be there no matter how much stuff they take and how many ops they have to remove or add bits. 
I had a person who was a regular at my work place.  Originally a man but changed to a woman.  Really lovely lady, and dressed beautifully, make up and hair perfect.  A very understated lady, not an out there "look at me " person.
But OMG, her hands and feet !!  Where she ever found high heels in a mans size I would say, 14, ? Do they even go to 14 ?  And the hands were those of a wharfie.  
So no matter how she had changed and taken hormones or whatever it is they take, there is just some things that can never be changed.  
So, no I dont think its fair on anyone that they all compete under the same banner/sex group .
I dont think Israel called anyone a faggot.  He said gays would be punished for their sins, or along those lines.

Here's a scary thought. If Bruce Jenner transformed early days imagine how far he would have beaten the other girls by ! Would probably still be the best female athlete of all time
