Documents which Premier Gladys Berejiklian signed to give her approval
of millions of dollars in grants to local councils were later shredded, a
NSW parliamentary inquiry has heard. One of the Premier's senior policy advisers, Sarah Lau, told the inquiry she also deleted electronic copies of the notes. The inquiry is investigating the allocation of $250 million worth of grants under the Stronger Communities Fund amid accusations of pork-barrelling in the run-up to the 2019 NSW election. Nearly all the grants were awarded to local councils in Coalition-held seats. The inquiry heard that $141.8 million of the grant funding was allocated by the Premier, with $61.3million allocated by the Deputy Premier John Barilaro and $48.9 million by the Minister for Local Government. |

They have evidence that the boyfriend got several grants to an amount of over 40,000 dollars , So the Shady Lady is going to need answers .

Yeah the clip is a real w@nk job, however it's correct in so far as it's patently clear the charges should never have been laid in the first place.
Meanwhile, anyone know who Barilaro's bonking at the moment? Is it still the lady with whom he was sharing his affections while still married with three kids, or has he moved on?

Who are you talking about ? Whilst the friendlyjordy is very unlikeable to watch some of there messages and exposes are impressive and are hopefully followed up on. I am not sure they are self serving ?

Why aren't we the least surprised, but a f#cking disgrace nonetheless: The NSW Auditor-General has criticised the Department of Regional New South Wales, saying the process for fast-tracked grants in the Bushfire Local Economic Recovery Program (BLER Fund) "lacked integrity". The BLER Fund was established after the 2019-2020 Black Summer bushfires. Ms Crawford also scrutinised a funding threshold decision and the overall role of the office of then deputy premier John Barilaro. "For example, the guidelines did not set out a role for the then deputy premier or his office in the assessment process, but the deputy premier's office played a key role in project selection," she said. "At the direction of the Deputy Premier's office, a $1 million minimum threshold, not mentioned in the guidelines, was applied to projects, below which, projects would not be funded. "This resulted in a number of shortlisted projects in areas highly impacted by the bushfires, including all shortlisted projects located in Labor Party-held electorates, being excluded without a rationale being documented at the time." |

No it is a federal and state govt funded relief program that had $4.5 billion in it.
The NSW govt decided how the 10% of that fund was used last year should be allocated. They decided that 21 of the 22 approved relief packages should go to LNP seats. |

The Auditor-Generals at the federal and state level are my heroes. If you want the truth, ask them. I am a little surprised that the pollies have not managed to neuter them by now, by installing partisan flunkies or limiting their remit. Bit of a mystery. Why is it so?
