Interesting little conundrum really. Neither George or Hayley can afford to sit next to Flick, the gorgeous girl who has a jury full of former team mates, friends and those she hasn't double crossed to get there, not to mention the sympathy vote with her Mum dying. So they need to beat her in the final challenge and take each other. 
However if Flick does win - well she will probably take Hayley because they think George has been so strategic, but he is hated by the jury so she should take him.
Either way George should get to the end, and he sure deserves to win but I doubt he will.

 Hayley will win the endurance challenge and take George to the final two.

 Taking Flick would be suicide.

 Hayley will get all the female votes, bar Cara, plus possibly Andrew and Baden, though he could go either way.

  not sure who Emmett and Gerald would vote for. Emmett might go for the challenge beast.

 I call it 5/4 Hayley, against George, for the win.

 George will get Cara's vote, for sure. 

 I reckon Laura, Wai, Flick and Dani will all go for Hayley. They spouted girl-power all through, so why change now.

 Emmett, for George, Andrew for Hayley. Baden might go George. Wouldn't have a clue with Gerald, but will probably go the gender vote, with George. .

Very predictable winner. She certainly deserved it but was obvious and turned the finale into a bit of a fizzer. Can often be that way though to be fair.
