Hoping we can get a bit of a thread going on the stallions you'd recommend based on their temperament. Picked up a particularly high-strung, difficult mare and so knowing which boys are blessed with passing on strong minds and good dispositions would be helpful!

Lost in the magical world of racing. Storm Siren, Elpis & Speed Hero.

Appears so Goldey.

SS reckon you could do worse than view the on-line archival stallion parades from the major studs and form your own opinions.  Remember viewing Helmet and thinking "no way Jose", though there wasn't much in his pedigree to explain his attitude.

In the interests of narrowing your search it would help if you might indicate your price range, preferred location, and the pedigree of your mare.

Storm Cat lines Angry I have a 13yo G. son who's finally starting to mentally mature although still on full alert having been retired since 5yo! His 1st blood sample as a 3yo resulted in John Van immediately asking if he was Storm Cat related LOL
I think a lists of stallions to avoid would be smaller & they stand out more, tho' some are renowned for throwing lovely temps.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything, it's too late to stop reading it.
