Hello,
we have to say "Good bye" to another very good Sire.

the Germmanbred Sire Silvano (By Lomitas) died 18. August after a colic, aged 25 years. He was the first "Shuttle Sire" in my Homecountry. He stood at the "Maine Chance Farm" in South Africa, a dependance of the "Fährhof Stud". After an outbreak of an African Horse desease, so he had to stay longer as planned. Silvano returned to Gernmany, FOR ONLY ON SEASON AND BECAME THE SIRE OF THE German Derby Winner "LUCKY SPEED". THE REST OF HIS LIFE HE REMAINED AT THE ABOVEMENTIONED STUD FARM

HE IS THE SIRE OF MORE THAN 25  INDIVIDUAL Gr. 1 WINNERS (Kilindini, Hawwaam) worldwide.

regards, Ticino

Thanks Ticino.  A very talented internationally performed galloper who thankfully lived to a ripe old age.
