No one has made mention of the young man killed in a race fall at Cambridge, NZ, at the weekend.  An apprentice from Japan, doing well for himself, when his horse fell and landed on him.  Quite young I think. Condolences to his family and friends.

4yo by Dundeel out of the Matt Cumani yard.  Progressed ok at his 2nd start at 1600m and can improve again getting to 2200m.

Not sure why I’m giving her another chance but this is the last time, I promise

Good 3yo Saturday metro form, dropping in grade massively & can win this BM58 today

Ok Vivacious Award with Harry Coffey on board gets beaten by plenty, but why lead for the first time in its career?  On the fence naturally, which was totally off.  Needless to say Miss Daniel salutes.  

Oh, and dad Austy Coffey's runner runs wide and bold before being beaten into 2nd place.  Hopefully nothing to see there.

Ok I only lost $20 but it just gives you the tom tits when knowing 500m into the race that you've got  Buckley's.
