Speaking the blinking obvious here but we all know she runs to her best she wins.

She is far more likely to run to her best than anything else in the race.

Maybe they are just trying to spruik the event but I don't get the talk about this is the toughest race Winx will face in yonks, blah blah. Based on what? The Ryder was a much greater challenge in my book. Here we have the same old crew- Clapper- atrocious record at 2000m, owned by Winx: Gallo Chop- his grand final was the Australian Cup and Winx always thrashes it- won't run a place-

The others- Nothing, Nothing, Areyouhavinalarf, Hopeless, then we come to Humidor. There is really only one opponent in the race, Humidor. He did get close in the Cox Plate but come on- he got all the favours and she got none. The real difference between Winx and Humidor is somewhere midway between the Cox and the Turnbull, not a repetition of the  Cox- that was an aberration.
