I’m getting bombarded with emails notifying of responses to threads. In the control panel I have reset form, highlighted NO to notifications and updated profile. They still occur. Is the above the correct process? |

Have you also ticked NO in the subscriptions section as well as notifications? ------------- https://skiboots.wixsite.com/cats |

| I didn’t even know that was a thing on this forum. Can understand the annoyance. The travel forum I participate on automatically defaults to sending emails notifying of responses to threads you comment on. Have to manually change for each thread. Should probably look to see if this can be changed. |

I just went into Member Profile - Preferences. There’s an option there to stop emails ------------- “Where in this wide world can man find nobility without pride, friendship without envy, or beauty without vanity? Here where grace is laced with muscle and strength by gentleness confined” |

I find the thought of someone being bombarded by such emails quite hilarious. However the problem can be that you click the no button but forget to click the update box at the bottom, in which case the changes will not be made. |

I know.. I'm getting about 30-40 "System Administration" emails per day because of obsolete member addresses. Trying to work out how to stop it. ------------- Mayor |
