Hi everyone. I'll kick this year's comp off on the assumption Gay, Furious, Dizzy etc are happy to run it. Just say if you haven't the time ladies. Lot 17 MM. Black or Brown colt by More Than Ready from Eternity. Robbie Griffiths $20,000. Rules Refresher from 2019 Comp Okay - this thread is for posting your picks for the 2019 BARGAIN BUY competition.
Rules are: 3 Yearlings - 2 plus a reserve Must be $20,000.00 or under Yearlings can be from any NZ Bloodstock, Inglis or MM Sale Closes June 2019 |

Thanks a ton Dizzy for putting in the time for these comps. They were fun seeing everyone's choices, and making ourselves discipled to narrow down all the ones we liked to 5 or 6 with a nice budget. It has been fun picking them and fun following that judgement onto the racetrack. I've enjoyed it enough to keep making my own stable now just for a bit of interest as sale time is my favorite time of the year. Cheers and enjoy putting your feet up a bit.

BOL with the Grunt colt Ted. Inspected several last Sunday and most of them were big as battleships and would unsurprisingly take time and patience. Particularly liked Lot 504 on paper, was far too big for mine, but rather more interestingly in this context was out of a Street Cry mare exactly as your reserve is.

They have a heap of horses in work with just four winners from their last 50 starters. Two TAB maidens, a BM58, and, wait for it, a Picnic maiden.
