Hmmm, it seems the Mayor has broken out in a cold sweat LOL
Be very careful if posting on this thread.

What happened to the thread? Even my posts asking for opinions on AI in general are gone. Cry

I asked a very general question. What is tested, checked or verified by officials in the process of breeding a thoroughbred?

Just easier to nuke the whole thing I think. Recent updates to the story would have likely given the mayor reason enough. Just to be safe.

The entire thread is still there but hidden from general view which is understable given the fact very few of us have genuine contactable details, not the mention the 88 Guest(s) presently viewing.
The guy has no qulams re. heading to the Supreme Court so he's not one I'd want to be tackling over a few comments by unidentifiable posters on a free forum Smile

Those that are curious about AI/Embryo, checking, verifying etc, start a thread about that.  There are plenty here who can give you the rules and regs on all that stuff.

I'm now led to believe he employs a solicicitor specifically to handle litagation cases with much success so this & any other thread will be carefully monitored by myself, others & doubtless 'his' spies.
The Mayor & all admins are deemed responsible for comments made by others Ouch

There's a well-regarded veterinary practice in Victoria which maintains a significant team of prospective surrogate mothers, usually half educated trotting bred types.  And the principals are quite up-front about doing so as they service sectors of the equine industry which embrace embryo transplant.

However it wouldn't be too hard for another vet to extract eggs from a thoroughbred mare and deliver them to this crew for transplant without the latter knowing anything about the particular breed of the mare involved.

I think it's fair to say Miss Andretti was a champion.
