I hope you read up on the Vitamin situation . That is very false that all vitamin overload is excreted .. many aren't and cause other bloodworks to return readings that aren't accurate ... Plus many that are dangerous actually ( Potassium ) magnesium ( diarrhoea) ... They are best checked with bloodworks .

Yes, I have several heart medications that are compromised by vitamins and generally avoid them altogether, Used to take a Magnesium prescribed tablet when on diuretics but no longer take them so dont need it. According to the Heart specialist/endocrinologist I used to see before before getting rid of diabetes most modern complex drugs are balanced and have stuff in them to counter leaching of minerals anyway.

That was Potassium you would have been on to go with the Lasix ...
Magnesium is great for cramps .. I have them all read at least once a year and by ticking the box on your referral to the Pathology you get a copy to the Patient and you can check your own out . OR get one off the Doc. Most are too slack on these things ...their Time is stretched . i expect their overheads cause them to rush things .. Boring existence for them day after day, when you think about it, entertaining the local elderly . Your specialist has the Pathology at his disposal to be spot on with your levels . |

It was Magnesium and Potassium, the diuretics were dehydrating me and I was cramping badly, legs and stomach. Dont take either now
