This bloke is the best horse in the yard of William Haggas.

Well that's a huge call.

Wins a Gp3 against just three opponents.  The 2nd place-getter has recorded just one Gp3 success from 29 starts whilst the 3rd place-getter has just one Listed win from 11 starts.

Clearly you believe his best is in front of him, and a great call if he improves the 12 lengths necessary to match it with Addeybb.  Wink

Perhaps djebel simply wants to put Haggis under the pump Confused
Wisdom has been chasing me but I've always outrun it!

My Oberon update: “I really want to go for the Prix d’Ispahan on May 30, I want to go up in trip with him, he’s in the Prince of Wales’s and I’ll put him in the Eclipse. He was good at Newmarket over 9f and I’m just not sure taking on Palace Pier is the right way round.”

Would rather eat haggis than believe Haggis expectations.

But BOL to the horse along with djebel's prognostication. Big smile

The owner must have dug in and demanded he take on the Lockinge.

Disappointing to see him drop back to a mile. He is good enough to win but realistically needs Palace Pier to be well off his game.

Tail between my legs.

That was disappointing.

Great that Palace Pier built on his reputation but My Oberon - YUK.

Surprised to see him going around this AM in the Prix d'ispahan.

He was too bad to be true last run.

You're wrong. I do.
Australian racing is only good up to 1400m in terms of world standards when it comes to depth/quality in numbers

Very good horse but he will struggle to win at group 1 level over there.

The Cox Plate should be their target.

Another one well found by djebel Thumbs Up shame he didn't run in the Cox Plate though.
