Decided to pull the pin on this thread. Couldn't be bothered anymore - quit while in front.

Might have another crack next NRL season

Well Big Al is in semi-retirement and Macca isn't interested in contributing unless he can bag Big Al.  So in essence you'd just be talking to yourself and Rusty had you continued.  Big smile

But well done in any event.

Like you did SC ... Bagging false claims and after the race tipsters .. Many members had a say ...      No one bagged one one , take 2 , Voyager , Hunter Winner etc etc ...     If he retired it was his choice .

It was interesting oneone.    The SOO throws a spanner into things and the double up bets are scary ...
The NRL is so lop sided , it is a difficult medium to punt on .

Might be a good time to take the profits and RUN.

Well done OneOne. Appreciate the effort you went to to post these. The forum needs more tipping threads where people have a go. See you next season! Thumbs Up

Well done Oneone. I was wondering what you would have thought of the line with the Panthers/Tigers game (from a mad Tiger's fan).

Hi Freefall. Have had issues in the past at the end of the Premiership rounds finding winners. Tipping teams to cover the line / or even just win when they seemingly have more to play for often falls short. Didn't even look at the line in the Panthers game - however assume they didn't cover it with those few late try's for the Tigers. Melbourne upset another one. And their good examples of what I was referring too. Start of the season is usually good for me - lots & lots of upsets based on previous years form. Teams getting the start usually the way to go early on. Had a lot of success a few years back backing the underdog 13 + in all matches for the first 6 rounds - big prices $10 plus. Amazing how many can get up early on. Also over the years the general scoring trend is unders early - overs late in the season. Just got to be careful with end season rule changes that change the whole dynamic - like Set Restarts & the crackdown on head contact this year. Doesn't take long for the price assessors to factor it in unfortunately.  Cheers

That’s a bit scary.
Eerily close to my thoughts/strategies regarding form in bookends of the season.
