 No idea how big it is but I’ve seen pics of it on a hot day full of people and it looks unhygienic

In my day Bondi had 3 parts spread over a bit more than a km of beach. On the north end you had the flags and a million people. (and the mullet outlet). In the middle you had rips, a few sunbakers and lots of surfers. At the south end you had you had to be very careful. There were white pointers everywhere. A few surfers but me and a couple of mates were infatuated with the white pointers. Most of them lying on towels on the beach. So 80% of the time we went south, when we wanted a swim we went north. We never spent much time in the middle.

Oh dear. That link to post pics has updated just to confuse me all over again. And for some reason some of my pics I have on sticks now wont open as I went to post a nice pic I have of Bill and Mary. and now for some reason they dont open. But others on the same stick do ?? I swear I am too old for it all.

Thanks SD. Yes she is great with animals or people for that matter. But most of her artwork is manga for supernova and things like that. I hope you had a lovely Christmas also. I'm painting the spare room at the moment with my son. We discovered he's just like his meticulous Dad. My hap hazard painting is driving him crazy!

Furious, when my Father In Law decided to help us paint our kitchen years ago (he had worked for his brother who was a professional painter) after watching me paint with oil based paint for 5 minutes, he gave me one job.
The inside of cupboard doors 😀

Oh Marks rolling his eyes and taking brushes out of my hand when I really mess up! But we're getting it done. Unfortunately the pup took off with one of the screws from the door. We have no idea where she dropped it or if she ate it! So having to keep and eye on her also. Elvis got paint on him but the two girls haven't so far.

Like Dizzy, I love the sea. I would rather be dead than live away from it.
When I was young, I used to love to sit on the hill above Bronte Beach and just watch the sea and waves. They would wash my mind clear of my troubles. I'm too infirm these days to go to the beach, but I love that Randwick has beach-cams, so I can see my girls when they go to swim. I watched the younger one and her hubby have a dip at Little Bay, just three days ago. She messaged me they were heading there. She knows I love being a stalker.  |

When we go to Norfolk Island we spend hours sitting on cliffs and headlands watching the sea roll in. We just go from spot to spot and sit. I have heaps of piccies but none near as good as Dizzy.
