People point to these other religions as being dangerous, extreme, a threat to peace, but Evangelical Christians and their modern offshoots, are no different at all. Just put on any news and listen all day for 24hrs, you will hear stories about one major religion or another, their problems, their wars, their turmoils.. every single day, day after day, all fkn day. You have to go away and watch documentaries to find any science based news or no religious based stories.

• 2003 (Howard Govt): Port Stanvac closed.
• 2012 (Gillard Govt): Clyde refinery closure announced.
• 2014-2015 (Abbott/Turnbull Govt): Kurnell and Bulwer Island refineries closed.
• 2021 (Morrison Govt): Kwinana and Altona refineries closed, prompting a shift to importing most of Australia's fuel.

I must admit that is the first thing I thought once every opportunist tried to score political points from this crisis, no matter where the oil refined, it still has to come out from where it is drilled from to be refined.  The other talking point has been how Australia should be producing our own fuel from the ground up, but that ignores the fact that even if that were happening, we would still be affected by the overall world market.
