ok - thanks E&E. Like most businesses a reasonable approach might be to add up the individual worth/value of the different profit centres. For TBV this would simply be Member value if sold the the biggest bidder on the open Forum market. Early days i know - however I've started the evaluation & based on Second Chance , Afros & TJ I've got the value up to $63.10 . If i add Rusty it is $49.80.

It's a strange one this site wunwun. I find myself thinking more and more it has to be teenagers pretending to be old on here with the way people talk to each other. There's no way 50,60,70 year olds talk like some do on here right?

Some of the sh1t on here I read and just shake my head LOL

I know that's supposed to be good but ugg I hate all forms of vinegar.

I guess I'm a chicken who doesn't like to offend.  Cowardly lion. But sometimes I think people here really don't listen to each other.  Or don't read a post properly.  Sometimes I type too quickly and the posts don't come out as clearly as I want.  Letters, words etc missing!  Not to mention not checking the spelling.  I know someone here hates that - and my never ending paragraphs.

It depends on whether your reflux issues are due to an acidic or alkaline gut balance. You cant tell without testing it because the reflux feels the same.

If too acidic Bicarb dissolved in water may help, if too alkaline a mixture of ACV, lemon juice cinnamon sweetener in water may help. The acids in ACV and lemon re adjust your stomach's acid balance.

Lifestyle changes help more reflux problems than the balancing act of alk. v acidic ....     Overload the gut and you will get problems for sure , especially at night for obvious reasons . ( The Horizontal assists the reflux)

Was on it for about 5 years & i was convinced it was beneficial. Stopped about 12mths back & still get some discomfort - but no more than when i was on it. That stuff is bad news long-term.
