Don't think I've said that at all. In fact quite the opposite. What I am saying its hardly as if its like a bloke springing out of an ally way & raping an unknown girl (or a girl doing same to a bloke  ). The article above suggests consensual sex was agreed to up until he wouldn't wear a condom. So it comes down to how & when that change in consent was communicated.
