Is this the same Mark Johnston who continually accused Australian trainers of producing doped horses who flogged local sprinters in the UK? And who himself later copped a spell for...

Pretty sure he has never copped a spell for anything.
You might find some of his comments on breeding that come up early on in the interview to your disagreement. He claims 50% of stakes winners come from black type mares, I assume he means in the UK. 2% of the broodmare population produce the blacktype horses. Had to stop watching as am now getting ready to fight over the big TV for Origin.

50% from black type mares? Arguably bullsh1t in GB and be that as it may certainly not the case in Oz or indeed elsewhere around the world.
