well...aint that sour grapes....

and that is where the dumming down of australian racing begins and allows over seas horses to beat us here.
Maybe instead of sending aussie horses overseas we should send the trainers  to compete...

and the aussie breeders.

1st

JOHNNY GET ANGRY

LACHLAN KING

I thought I was going too good. I thought I had to wait a bit more. I was going too good and I thought ‘geez’ I have to get this right, pull something out. When I let him down he just exploded for me. It was just unbelievable. I can’t explain it. So amazing.

2nd

HIT THE SHOT

FRED KERSLEY

They walked and sprinted.

3rd

YOUNG WERTHER

DAMIEN OLIVER

Had his chance. Ran well. The winner just outstayed us on the day

4th

CHERRY TORTONI

BILLY EGAN

Super run. Just forced to make up too much ground from the bad gate.

5th

LET’S KARAKA DEEL

JOHN ALLEN

He ran quite well. He's probably just a prep away.

6th

TOKEN SPIRIT

DAMIAN LANE

Good honest run.

7th

ALBARADO

MARK ZAHRA

Had his chance but it was a little too 'stop start' for him.

8th

CETSHWAYO

JAMIE KAH

Disappointing.

9th

WISAKA

BEN MELHAM

He ran well. Probably not quite seasoned enough yet.

10th

TOUR OF DUTY

JAMES MCDONALD

A slowly run race it was never a hope.

11th

REDWOOD SHADOW

JYE MCNEIL

Just didn't come together for him today. Probably on a downward path.

12th

WERTHEIMER

HUGH BOWMAN

He didn’t appreciate the ridiculously slow speed.

13th

DANIEL MOOR

DANNY O’BRIEN

He was a fraction keen early and that told late but he’ll improve into his four-year-old season.

14th

BORN TO SUCCEED

MICHAEL WALKER

Just doesn't stay.

Wisdom has been chasing me but I've always outrun it!
