National Defense x Sh'Bourne Kahlua

after a tough birthday losing both our mare Umagold and foal by Bel Esprit Sun Stud have kindly offered to cover our mare Sh'Bourne Kahlua to National Defense for free. a big thanks to them as I am sure they probably didnt have to. Unfortunately the foal came 'dog sitting' and we unable to get the foal out then the stress of the foaling meant we lost Uma too.  first time I have felt able to post in regard to losing her.

Must of been traumatic for all involved. Sounds a very rare and difficult situation to deal with. In total sync regarding experience with cattle. You really don�t expect such a major and insurmountable problem. At least she was well loved and cared for and had a happy life. All the best with the new mating. I�m still trying to get my head around line breeding, so I won�t attempt to comment about that.
