It doesn't matter which way you look at it, the move is not indicative of a positive situation. Maybe they are battening down the hatches in anticipation of an industry downturn, and that might end up being a masterstroke. 
Or maybe the chinese whispers have some truth and there is "Trouble in Paradise". Time will tell and if there are noticeable staff departures, then keep a close eye on it.

An almighty blow up between Aquis and Phoenix where Aquis refuse to races horses in partnership any more and Phoenix have the balls to call money-laundering charges are "an internal matter." Interesting to see what happens with horses like Holyfield.
