Hard to believe a code like Rugby could virtually die in Australia.

Tennis is one that's thriving & Soccer rising.

The Punters money racing to some of these Sports betting sites, should have The Racing Industry considering it's life line more .= THE PUNTER DOLLAR.
Not true what V'landy said = " Punters wouldn't know if they were paying 10% or 30% )     ----   News for him ,   Why did he do a runner/.

"Nothing to see here" according to Raelz and The QUAINTASS Boss ... Embarrassed

Waratahs record LOWEST ever crowd as Aussie rugby slumps further

Australian rugby’s sorry story slumped even lower on Saturday night, as the Waratahs recorded their lowest home crowd attendance in their 25-year history.

Never in their history have the Waratahs had less than 10,000 people watch a home game.

But that marker was easily broken at Newcastle’s McDonald Jones Stadium, with just 7491 watching on as the Waratahs suffered their fifth straight defeat to the Blues, going down 32-12.

The gloomy weather in Newcastle didn’t help, nor the battering Sydney copped, but a day after Rugby Australian announced that the city would host a Wallabies Test in September for the first time since 2012 it was an ugly look for a code that’s been fighting wars on and off the pitch for the past few years.

Is thereeven one rugby union player in Australia that you would be delighted to have at your rugby league club?

I am not sure where it sits, but if old Raels thinks she can get some shonk to pay more than $200 million for a five year broadcast for this nonsense, then she I have to say has smoked some of the whacky tabacky!

This sport is on its proverbial and she knocks back $40 million a year to broadcast it, come on!

For the high salary these top players get they have not performed and it looks more of the same this season as the Reds, Waratahs and Rebels have looked decidedly non championship teams and the Brumbies wins have come against two low quality Australian teams.
Remember, it might take intelligence to be smart , but it takes experience to be wise
