Hey Robbo,

Yes I have - felt it was the best way to set the mare up and give the first couple a good chance of doing something. 

I knew that Jason had worked with that team before so got speaking to them that way. In the first instance they need to be interested, then one of their trainers - or a trainer agreed to by both parties - needs to agree to take on the horse. From there needed vet checks to come back satisfactorily. 

There was a standard agreement that could be changed with mutual approval prior to sign off - lease %s varied on if the lease was taken on before or after breaking. Then there was an agreed term for end date.
