Villa and Chelsea both got the job done on Friday night.
For us, we need firstly to win at Old Trafford next week, hopefully they're all nursing hangovers and tired legs from a Europa League that has gone to penalties, coupled with that we also need some results to go our way, Man City to lose either at home to Bournemouth in midweek or away at Fulham on the final day, Chelsea and Forest draw or or Newcastle get no more than 2 points from Arsenal away and Everton at home. Forest losing to West Ham tonight would do a lot to help us as well!

Manchester United seem to be imploding in the wake of the Europa League final loss to Spurs, which probably means they'll play us off the park and beat us tonight in a game that means literally nothing for them.
 I find it interesting that Ruben Amorim wasn't given the Liverpool job because they believed they would need to invest circa £400 million to build a side to fit to his inability to play any other tactic, which probably exposes even more how little due diligence Man Utd do before signing managers or players.

So your saying Amorim has simply not had a need to change yet?
I genuinely don't understand how a manager can reach the top levels of the game and be utterly incapable of walking in, looking at a group of players and divising a tactic to suit the skills they have.

I see some of our fans on social media are complaining about the referee and whatever else but at the end of the day we only needed a point against a Man Utd side on their knees and we sh!t the bed, its our fault and nobody elses that we've missed Champions League.
We should be looking at how we could only get 2 points from Ipswich rather than this result.

Sir Big Jim has been passing the hat around, presumably trying to raise the funds to build that "Wembley of the North" after he realised the tax payer was unlikely to foot the bill, he's had the United first team squad traverse the globe, having them play the ASEAN All Stars in Malaysia less than 72 hours after walking off the pitch at the end of the league season, before heading to Hong Kong to play another friendly against the locals 2 days later.
Sacking the tea ladies, window cleaners, kit washers and the blokes who mow the lawns, flying the first team squad half way around the world to play a meaningless friendly 3 days after the season ends, what a club.
