Hi Shammy not quite as many G1's. We have 74 you have 93. We have 94 G2 to your 136. 166 G3 to your 196. Well those are the figure for 23/24 season. In those figures we have an average of $330,639 to USA $263,557. The percentage of Blacktype races is 3.13% for Australia and 4.49% for the USA.
So very close there also. And yes most of our races have females against the males. Even our 2yo and 3yo's have fillies up against the colts in our open events. And most of our staying races are full of 6yo's and up runners. But speed has become the wanted ability in our horses.

Furious: Speed has taken stateside racing down the road less traveled also. Real shame as Quarter horses were already filling that discipline mostly in the Southwest.

I would like to add my thank you to furious, Dizzy and Afros for all the hard work they have put in.
Congrats to the winners I would also like to thank all players (especially our international player or players). The more players we have the better the competition! Hopefully we will all be back bigger and better in the autumn!

Sorry for the delay in posting results all! In the Cup, Stayer 34.14 defeated Harness Guru 15.01, in the Plate, Brave Ponies 34.16 defeated Shammy Davis 14.61, in the consolation Bowl VSP 12.74 defeated Furious 3.89, in the consolation Saucer Gay3 28.28 defeated Shawy38 13.65, in the Spoon in a result that is the very definition of leaving it all too late, with both scoring enough to have won any of the above match-ups, Sister Dot 40.74 defeated Brudda A 34.41.

Thanks for your hard work Afros. Main comp? but really a flukey win, happened to pick a long priced winner, certainly no selection ability here.

Congrats to BP for the plate win. And to Whale. Honestly I never did figure any of this comp out but no harm to my ego as being held up midway between confusion and never picking a long shot winner I learned something about Australian 'orse racing. Thanks Afros. As an aside it appears on TV to me there is more going on in your infields than on the track. Lots going on. You can send me my winnings check using US conversion. No sense me, a virtual tourist, taking a hit on your buck. I guess this means no racing until your autumn now. Or is racing not worth any comps?

I think we do one for the Magic Millions. Then start up the big Autumn one early February. To busy at this time of year to do the WA G1 races.
