The Indonesian President grants "pardons" every year to those locked up

Now as things are very quiet in here of late I'm suggesting it may be worthwhile for our esteemed moderating team to jointly utilise their powers to do same. I mean you can only upset members if we still members to upset.

You know - review the permanently banned degenerates list & consider clemency.

You could even put up your thoughts & members could comment. Bit like throwing rocks or not - or the old gladiatorial thumbs up or down from the arena spectators. 
And The Boys Light Up.... !

The simple answer to your query 1-1 is that as well as Gay's comment those posters who have beenj permanently suspended were given multiple chances to reform and declined to take them
