Good grief, I know it's bad out there, and this is how bad I expected, but how is it going to get better if the Gov wants to build more houses quickly ?

This is a serious problem. What will happen is people won't want to buy new places, the price of old established cottages from the 20's to 60's will sky rocket ever more.
