   Back in the late 1980s I was a part owner of two harness horses that were trained by Richard White.We were quite successful with Loonie Lyons as he won several times at Globe Derby and also the one time we ventured to the Melbourne Showgrounds.

Today on ABC news I saw that Richard "Dick" White tragically passed away in a fire at his home which was close to Globe Derby.

RIP, Sir! And condolences to your family. You were a talent horse man and trainer.
