Thanks Afros, and sorry, all this travelling around and having to use the phone is driving me crazy!
All the bloody autocorrecting is ridiculous. I also discovered that turning it off only lasts for a short time. arghhhh |

Congratulations Afros and Sister Dot for winning the SP comp!
Congratulations dizzy, Afros and VSP for cracking the $100mil in the Roughies. We’ve got some smart ones in the village speaking of which … kudos to SC and horlicks who performed well in all three cups ![]() Thanks to everyone who has a go! It’s great to have some company on a group 1 day. Looking forward to autumn 2024

Thanks again to the folks who ran the competition. I think everyone is interested how we had a dead-heat in the Winners competition. Here's the breakdown, which is very interesting.

No problem, I figured that was what happened when I quoted the original post as I figured you would not have even been thinking about Jennilala in the Thousand Guineas
Especially considering she would only have been able to run in that race as a ring in! |

I just want to say that I love the competitions and find them to be one of the best parts of the carnivals.
Thanks to the creators and organisers and all the players who make it possible

We do it because we love it also Voyager. It's fun and challenging and I often fall flat on my face but hey I do that in life and have to pick myself up and go again. And the more the merrier. Horlicks and SC had a blinder but next carnival is going to be interesting. I'm off to Japan on the first day of the school holidays. So someone else might have to finish off the scoring as I wont have my computer with me! I don't get home will the end of April and people might be sick of waiting.

As furious said, its all in good fun, for me it has given me something to do over the Sunday morning coffee while I wait for the rest of the house to stir! FWIW I also enjoy reading your reviews you post in the racing section.
