I would prefer the best of everything. However we dont live in Utopia. Almost every decision we make is give and take. 

Eg I'd love more money in our back pocket and great public services

But 

Lower taxes = more money in our back pocket but reduced serviced

Higher taxes = greater services but less money in our back pocket.

Its all give and take.

More immigrant nurses/aged carers = better healthcare ratios but less affordable housing.

Less immigrant nurses/aged carers = worse healthcare ratios but more affordable housing

Its all give and take. 

I could turn around and say you are campaigning for more expensive housing if I wanted to apply your logic.

We are starting to see big cracks forming in western capitalism. The longer it goes on the longer people will suffer until they explode into riots and rubber bullets. 

We are advantaged because we get to see it happen in other countries first. Those at the top refuse to change or show compassion, those at the bottom fall off the wheels and end up homeless starting life in tents and shanty's. 

The first to go will be Gen X'ers who don't have the money to even rent a place if they are no longer working, are benefits-pension after working life. 

This is why capitalism is crap.

First of two local Artificial Grass manufacturers announced across the board 10% sales price increase

Chinese suppliers suggesting their product will also incur similar increases over coming weeks. 

Our custom brokers have also advised of shipping & local truck surcharges. 

Similar for our kiln dried sand supply up 7%

Trades getting stuffed around with this rain period to boot.

Inflation is going to be absolutely massive.....batten down the hatches folks !

Lol typical. 

There was no war the past 15 months yet house builds still went nowhere near target and migration increased. 

This has nothing to do with the war or Trump. This is not a problem that has appeared in the past few weeks.

It was in the first post this morning if you bothered to read before deflecting to a party that has never been in power and is a very outside chance to be in power. 

I think its wild you do not care about addressing the astronimical house prices. Supply not meeting expectations and demand is growing higher. Its an absolute gelatishow.
