Think its a good day to concentrate on Gatton, Parkes & Townsville today. And a late flutter on Esperance IF the funds remain in good order !

Serious question. Does any punter ever look at wind conditions before having a bet ? First time I've ever noticed it in the starting post

The average punter I doubt would give it much thought 1x1 imo unless pointed out within earshot , the serious pros would put that into their variables , the trackconditions are vital ( only natural LOL ) my main issue is the grass length , and today MV is longer than normal according to curater , makes me think it will really suit the on leaderish type imo.

Whereas it's been downgraded to a Heavy 9 at Gawler.  Shocked

Thought the MV quad paid a trifle light with you might as well say three double figure winners.

No, I didn't land it.

Nothing more evident today when the grass has been left uncut , 9 races and all winners in the first 3 or leading around the turn , backmarkers no hope , normally after half the programme when the grass has flattened you get a swing to the midrace chanches but extra length imo nullified that , most will call it track bias , I call it changing the " character " of the track , when this track is presented like this again punters are better off imo finding a backmarker that's short in the betting and laying it on the fair .
