Remember the Tim Smith drunken crash yesterday? Yeah. The house #DimTim crashed into?
He cracked the wall of a small child's bedroom.
And a neighbour saw him get in and out of his car then rev up trying to flee the scene.
Suspend this criminal from Parliament. What scum Can't get the photo to post but it should come up on this link https://images.app.goo.gl/tAfVPAVSyrKKvKNd6 |

Tony Abbott called Tim Smith one of the Liberal Party's “best Victorian talents”.
What an indictment on the whole party

Frat boys. Rugby School, Scotch College, Ormond College, rowing - no wonder Abbott likes him.

Abbott made those comments yesterday on Sky News.
From The Age “Senior Victorian Liberals have confirmed that Mr Frydenberg is leading a group of federal Coalition MPs, including Michael Sukkar, Greg Hunt and Alan Tudge, backing Mr Smith in defiance of … Matthew Guy’s insistence he has no future in state politics.”

Sad news Bobby, DimTim wont contest the next election.
Rumors', yet to be confirmed, are the LiarFromTheShire likes the cut of his jib and will fast track Timmy into the federal system.

PT, that is interesting, what federal seat do you suppose he would nominate ? Not many seats available. Tony Smith, Speaker of House of Reps is resigning.

Despite his supporters within Lib circles believe there's scant chance of Dim being preselected for a crack at Federal politics. Well not in the coming election at least.

Dumbo Morrison would I guess have zero influence on Melbourne pre-selection of safe seats.

More likely to be quietly moved into a chief adviser's job or something like that.
If the LNP govt is returned though, all bets are off. The Victorian election isn't due till well after the federal election so unless he resigns early to be parachuted into a seat(almost zero chance) they are talking about 3 years time. Plenty of time to be politically rehabilitated.

This upcoming federal election is going to be hard enough for the Coalition to win without carrying Timmy, Gladys, Constance, Barilaro(if he runs) and their baggage.

The VEC is supposed to be independent from government yet they issue a letter to Andrew Bogart, the former champion basketballer, because he criticised on social media the Victorian ALP government and the three crossbenchers who supported the passing of draconian COVID legislation last year .
Any chance someone leaned on the supposed independent VEC to issue the letter ? Odds on .

Well it's clear you didn't actually read the statement from the VEC.
ps: it's Bogut.

I see there is growing support for Andrew Bogut's stance following the letter he received from the Victorian Electoral Commission after he criticised the ALP Andrews government on social media. From entertainers, to AFL footballers, to the man-in-the-street all agree VEC's warning to Bogut was "very wrong ".
It has been suggested Daniel Andrews media monitors, of which there many with not much to do, made this happen because they are doing their best to stifle free speech.

PT, you have got the wrong bloke, who is Andrew Bogan ? As far as I know Andrew Bogut, the other bloke, has no political aspirations he is a "multi" and does not need to go into politics to make a quid as others, who in the real world cannot.

He seems to make political statements and with half a million social media followers obviously has some influence?
What is the harm in him being required to simply state that his thoughts are his own and not in support of any political party? Many people with large followers state affiliations or otherwise.

He has already stated he is not affiliated with any political party, surely before issuing that letter VEC should have done a little research into Bogut, but then again who pushed them into sending that letter ?
I have posted many times of my "disappointment " with the Andrews government on TBV, but I am yet to receive such a letter from VEC.
