Today 43 Republicans voted to keep insulin at $1200/mo instead of $35. Tomorrow every Republican will ask you to be outraged that gas is $5 instead of $3. In the GOP world, $1200 for life saving insulin in fair play but $5 for gas is an outrage.

Familiar story for American suckers on insulin. It's a 100 year old medicine but 3 big pharmas do tiny incremental changes, of dubious value, to keep their stuff patented. And that's what yanks pay megabucks for. Big pharma are major campaign funders of, usually Republican lawmakers. |

Well it appears Biden is not rated that highly by the British establishment. Although having to arrive at Westminster Abbey one full hour prior to the Royal funeral, Biden was then punted back into the fourth row of Section Four behind King Charles 111, interestingly, Elbow, who despite having an audience the other day with King Charles, was punted back into the seventh row in Section 3 behind the new King.
