She had a coffee cup in her hand...so she was probably drinking it.
A bit difficult to drink through a mask... they'd pick on anything... |

I have been reliable informed (Redemption again) that Gladys had her mask on late today standing at the Mister Mint counter in her local shopping centre. Apparently getting a few more keys cut .

Hope it doesn't backfire like the last 'boyfriend'

She and Kerry trend every day. Kerry mostly for being thrown under the bus by Gladys, Gladys for throwing Kerry under.

Kerry is missing again today as sexpot Gladys is having to face questions herself.
Rumors' are that Kerry has been sin-binned for breaking ranks in saying that it wasn't her advice to shut down construction. |

5 deaths in 9 months under the Gladys watch. Lock downs I disagree with but the numbers have Gladys a big winner.

Not to get technical but it's 6.
3 in Vic in that same time period. 1 in QLD, 0 in WA, 0 in SA, 0 in TAS, 0 in NT, 0 in ACT. That would in fact put her last.

take into consideration the difference in population numbers and Gladys is still the gold standard...
And, the most measured. I love her responses to the WA premier or to Anna P...wh probably now won't stop bragging about how wonderful it is to be a Queenslander... Eleven years of crowing...help... |

Gold standard my arse.
“When you’re in a lockdown it’s easy to control the virus. The real test is once you ease those restrictions and it takes at least two weeks for us to see what that will do,” she said. “We’ve demonstrated our system is resilient and coping with those outbreaks that come up. “Victoria hasn’t yet passed that test and to be frank, neither has Queensland or WA. It’s really easy to manage things when you’ve got your borders up.” Gold Standard Gladys last year. 14m in lockdown in Aus now thanks to an easy to control "locked down" NSW |

Gladys is a politician just like the rest of them. Bagging all and sundry until it's "her turn" and now she says she doesn't comment on what other states are doing. Not easy to throws stones when you're in the hot seat.

Glady's and Scotty have shown Politicians how it is done.
When they monumentally kiss up just ride it out. They are amazing survivors.

She didn't cause the outbreak...
the removalists did, by breaking the rules... and it is continuing to maintain numbers because people do not obey rules. |

There have been 7 new sets of restrictions introduced in Sydney in the past 27 days. So not only did she start too slowly locking down - the rules were grey & very quickly just became a blur to most as they were continually changing. She has definitely botched this past 4 weeks up in my mind

The virus isn't doing much damage . The lockdowns are the problem. Talking 10 deaths in 9 months from covid ... What about the other 9000 plus who passed on, in the same period.
Big noise over very few casualties. |

LOL TJ ..I know how they happen all right . Your problem is that the dying part of life seems to phase you. All in the cycle . What do you think is different from some unfortunate passing away from covid to any other Pulmonary Ischaemic episodes.

Rusty , NO one can claim what is right I expect . very divided views.
Given the horrendous damage to so many from the lock downs , and the very low casualty rates from the virus . Wouldn't it be a good idew to put all resources into protecting the most vulnerable and let life get back to near normal . |

Your problem is that death, be it yours or someone else's, doesn't seem to phase you. You keep bringing up a lack of deaths from covid like its a bad thing. 80,000 have died already this year, 100,000 have died already, whatever number you want to give out today. You act like so many have already died so who cares if we add more. Maybe it comes with age, I don't know. Low covid deaths are because for a lot of the year we didn't have much, if any covid in the community. And when there was covid, people locked down and got it under control. You can't die from covid if you don't have covid. The one time it got away in Victoria it killed 800 people, and that was while in one of the strictest lockdowns in the World. In 2019 800 people died from the flu, in the whole of Australia.
