having fun is not necessarily needing to be destructive.

 Pushing your mates around in a supermarket trolley is fun.

Has me wondering about my pending surgery .    circumcision is a big operation in Queensland .      
I fear we might have to show the old 4 skin to get admission to some areas.

Extending the emergency powers are just a formality that all states do in a Health state of emergency that is time limited by their respective state's legislation.

From memory Victoria's was only extended by 9 months last March.
