Not really TJ, there are a lot of people pretending to be indigenes, who are mainly white, and getting a nice purse out of it.

How many inquiries for zero results?
It took the families of the 4 dead pleading with Republicans to stop their political garbage to stop it. Chairman Trey Gowdy quit politics saying it was the lowest point of his life.

Trump's lies catching up with him. Seems his miracle vaccine just in time for a ''special day'' is going down like a lead balloon with voters.
A new ABC News/Ipsos poll found: Fewer than 1 in 10 (9%) Americans have a great deal of confidence in Trump to confirm vaccine effectiveness with another 18% reporting only a “good amount” of confidence in the poll conducted by Ipsos in partnership with ABC News using Ipsos’ Knowledge Panel. In contrast, 69% don’t have confidence in the president vouching for a vaccine, including 16% saying “not so much” and 53% saying “none at all.” |

Only 9% have faith in him. That means that not even the cult is prepared to try it.

Why did Boy Howdy quit? Because he couldn't find any specific Clinton wrongdoing but wanted to prosecute her for no wrongdoing anyway?

Gowdy was pressured into being Chair of the Select Benghazi Committee because of his Federal Prosecutor experience by John Boehner. He was also set on Hillary Clinton.
Gowdy had ambitions to be a judge and said he had wasted his time in Congress on the chores they put him in charge of and it was damaging his greater ambitions.
Mind you he went from running witch-hunts for Republicans to Fox News, so his judgement was appalling anyway. |

Shammy, while you are here, any more ''big picture'' hot takes on the SCOTUS appointment?
Looks to me it could actually be right that this is a scorched earth event coming up, where Republicans trade a SCOTUS seat for the Senate and the Presidency that was gone anyway. Most Americans said they think the winner of November’s presidential election should pick the successor to the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, according to a new poll. Sixty-two percent of Americans said the vacancy left by Ginsburg, who died Friday, should be filled by whichever candidate wins the upcoming election, according to a Reuters-Ipsos poll released Sunday. The poll found that 23 percent of Americans said they disagreed that the vacancy should be filled by the winner of the election, and the rest said they were not sure, according to Reuters. The national poll was conducted Sept. 19 and Sept. 20, after Ginsburg’s death was announced by the court, according to the newswire. The poll found that 8 out of 10 Democrats agreed the appointment should wait until after the election, as did 5 in 10 Republicans, according to Reuters. https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/517306-most-americans-think-winner-of-election-should-pick-next-supreme-court |
