Don’t know much about the sire - Showcasing.

But after a quick google isn’t he a 1000-1200m specialist ?   Has he sired any stayers yet?

Showcasing was a good 2yo and sprinter.

This filly will be winning an Oaks.

We've got a good Showcasing, well we think so, from a Flying Spur mare, she will struggle over anything further than 1400........however, he did get a lovely 3yo in NZ called Raghu, ran a smashing Derby over there to just fail after winning a guineas as a lead up......he went to HK, did no good as most do and was repatriated back to AUS........he was fried as a 3yo, trying over that 2400 ruined him.......they don't get the journey, Showcasing is a magic stallion, his sprinters and his 2yo's in particular are terrific, both hemisphere's........The Kiwi's didn't know what they had.

It's extremely unlikely that she'll be affective over anything above 2000mts and more likely to be a 1600-1800mt type. Showcasing has served plenty of mares from stout families and the vast majority of those progeny are milers and a few get 2000mts. For ex: Monza Circuita is by Showcasing out of Monzahra by Montjeu out of Zahra by Zabeel and it struggles to run past 1800mts. There are countless other examples of this. She won't be winning an Oaks
