Has TBV died . No Posts for hours . I even failed with my Large Cabbages Joke. And my Long way to Moree for a cup of tea.
JJ must be asleep. SO someone hast to give some CPR to the site . I'll Talk about me . I have strong views re History of illnesses / Patterns / Mother nature and those things . I'm not blindly feeling vaccinations will do such a lot . We Know very little about the poisons being pumped into us. BUT Will I get vaccinated . YES --ASAP , having given a lot of thought . Wouldn't bother me if i didn't as I'm 88 and under the whip . BUT I have kids , young Mums and others around me . How does one feel if one of them died from covid and I was around them = Not Vaccinated >. No need to say more on that. Plus , We do have to respect Law or at least the wishes of the vast Majority. |

I was watching Pointless and Tipping Point, which had the dumbest contestant they have ever unearthed. Then I did an hour of editing and scene re-adjustment on the new book, which is half-written. I wanted to make sure the very hot scene, in the early chapters, held some originality. Nothing worse than a repetitive sex-scene. Fifty Shades is full of repetition. I'm back now. You can moan on about your aches and pains, again, while dismissing others' ailments as imagination. |

No I'm not related to Mussolini or Franco, and believe in the concept of free choice in society. But still reckon this is entirely fair enough:

it depends on the type of cyst. If i's causing problems, you should have it surgically removed. A lot of breast cysts are hormonal, and come and go. I have two small ones, very deep under my right nipple. I have to tell the mammographer about their presence, before any scan. I've had them for forty years, with just occasional minor discomfort, on a cyclical scale. Have you checked with the doc? The real one? |

Apply a fallen fig leaf at the stroke of noon, followed by a visit to the doctor. Proven to work 90% of the time. |

I'm still recovering from feeling like I've been kicked in the arm by the boss mare while suffering a 3-day hangover (yes, I had my first Pfizer shot) and dreaming of how I'd spend the $7.5 million I made on Saturday
...And now I'm laughing at stayer which isn't helping the 'hangover'!

it's possible the fig leaf might work...
Fig leaves have anti-diabetic properties, anti-tumor properties, anti- bronchial properties and have the power to stabilize your blood pressure in the body!

I've been on parental duties again today macca. You'll be both peed off and glad to hear this - took my dad to the cardiologist 5 months after his pacemaker was put in. We spent 5 mins talking to a young bloke whose expertise was the device/ monitor etc, then the cardio waltzed in, checked the read-out, asked the young bloke to explain a couple of acronyms to him, then said everything's perfect and see you in 6 months. So, you could say that's pretty bad service re the specialist/ surgeon, but you could also say that he did a very good job at a task most people couldn't do, and that these latest pacemakers work wonders. Hope the swelling has gone down by now for you and that you don't get spooked by the lights on the monitor thing like dad does at nights. |

My heart surgeon, who when last seen was driving the latest Beema, has chosen not to visit Bendigo for 18 months. But am still alive, kicking, and rather less out of pocket.

I 60% agree that's fair enough but 40% of me says that sacking people on those grounds is wrong. Can't there be some middle ground? Maybe more to the story? |

I actually believe those surgeons deserve their money, a hell of a lot more than sports stars, actors, celebs etc. They're an eccentric lot, usually with no people skills etc, but would you like to try doing heart surgery, after the requisite 15ish years of study/ practice? Not for me, thankyou. I'd be one of those ones where someone finds the surgeon's spectacles in the patient's body 6 months later. |

That's a relief, JJ. I thought you were being serious about chilled cabbage leaves and magnets. Had me worried for a while there.

chilled cabbage leaves are used in many maternity hospitals...they are a proven anti-inflammatory remedy. Magnets are known to reduce joint inflammation...and in general use. You can keep mocking them...but it is you who is looking the fool. |

A person who was part of yesterday's protest in Melbourne's CBD is now in hospital with COVID-19. The Department of Health has confirmed that a person who attended the protests in Melbourne's CBD yesterday is being treated for the virus. A department spokesperson said public health investigations were underway and has urged anyone who attended the protests and experienced a COVID-19 symptom should get tested immediately.
