Well now we have come to the end of 2019, I put up "woke" as the word of the year. When I went to school it meant "to awaken from sleeping ". What it means today I am unsure, but have been told it means for people, like you and me, "to embrace cultural left language and group think " , whatever that means. I think I will stick to what I learnt at school.

2019 - really? A bit late. Woke is so passé only kept alive by Rightards like the deputy PM etc Gets a big run at Young Libs events, Murdoch opionators and on Sky.

I think it was in this very forum that I first encountered 'woke'.  I think it was Red Hare who said I was.  I had to admit I didn't know what it meant (except in its traditional sense) and I had to look it up.

Good to know "woke" is passé. Hopefully other over used redundant bleater words like "whataboutism" and "talking points" will follow.

You mean 'woke' wunwun ?

I subscribe to the Bob definition, and in this sorry world it is not my preferred condition.

I prefer snooze.

Boomer? ... it is soooo 2019.
In reference to every post in the Trump thread ... "There may have been a tiny bit of license taken there" ... Ok, Thanks for the "heads up" PT!
