An oversight, on an oversight.
Victorian Protective Police Officers, apparently made 13,000 unlawful arrests in the past 8 years, due to an oversight in their powers. Story on channel 7 news tonight. Laughably, that is also an oversight. There is a law that dictates those arrests are indeed legal. Anyone guess what it is? Gold elephant stamp for anyone can guess it.
