The woman was 16 and would not have been to university at that age, so what is the relevance that a cabinet minister had been to Sydney University . He might have been 22 at the time, but that does not necessarily implicate him in any rape.

It doesn't implicate him in the crime, but he is in a very small group of people who are possible offenders.

I am aware of "the very small group of people who are possible offenders " to whom you refer, but what is the chance that some bloke , who was around her age, meet up with her anywhere in Australia and committed the alleged rape. Meaning of course, your reference to Sydney University could be a red herring.

Morrison is in a very difficult position here. He is under a lot of pressure over the toxic sexual culture he presides over, from Ms Higgins to this latest rape allegation, to women not being preselected at the last election, others leaving citing sexist culture and now another Lib MP announcing she will not recontest citing toxic culture.
Just dismissing this or trying to block tv investigations into it as he did with the ABC last year wont cut it. He is on the nose, his govt is on the nose and these things will not go away. Maybe he could ask Jen and pedo enabler Houston at Hillsong today how he should be thinking.
