It will be interesting to see how many times this first crop is turned over. Broodmares in foal, weanlings, yearlings, R2R 2yo... some might be weary travelers before they hit the track.

I noticed that & also a fair few Hinchinbrooks.

Cannot help but think a lot of Deep Field yearling owners will be dissapointed when they don't get into MM.  If he served over 200, we could see close to 50 in the Classics sale................

I wonder how happy some owners will be if your mare was solid but not black type.  How will they get them in a good sale?

Rubick (25) and Dissident (23) have a number of mares in the sale as well.

Those in the bloodstock industry will need to up their economics game to make a buck in the next few years.

30 in the MM catalogue.

So, roughly 23% turnover in utero.... is that normal?

There were so many incisive and informative comments in these 3 pages of posts I thought it worthwhile to bring it forward    especially as these stallions are now venturing into their 3YO race crop
