Some sad news coming out this afternoon, Makybe Diva has passed away aged 27 after a short battle with colic. 
Winning isn't everything, it's the only thing

A letter writer to todays Age newspaper suggested she was something less than a champion when compared to other horses strike rates or number of G1 wins. I guess they wont be asking him to read the eulogy
