It is with a VERY heavy heart we announce the passing of Al Samer yesterday due to a freak paddock accident. He will be greatly missed by his owner and the owner would love to thank everyone that has supported him over the years and good luck to those with progeny coming up. |

Always sad news, this.
Doesn't appear to have served mares for a few years and relatively unsuccessful at stud, but heartening to see he's sadly missed and been well looked after over recent years. |
