One went for 60k the other 170k, I have another 8-9 picked out at Karaka though so I will need to see what they go for before I decide my final 6. There is a High Chaparral filly at Karaka that has me most excited about a baby for a while. |

Probably spend the other half at Inglis .....or invest in the stockmarket or buy some property. Would be much smarter than blowing it on yearlings.

Hi all, I've been forming syndicates in yearlings with family and many friends every year since i was 18yo. A long time ago. Mostly fairly/very cheap.
Been with a handful of trainers(mostly friends) over that long period and usually attend sales with them. Had numerous city winners, many slow ones that got nowhere, and many in between. Anyway, it's always been a dream to have a Million to take to the sales and spend on half a dozen dream makers, so i thought i'd join and have a go here. I've been reading the breeding/racing section of this blog for years without joining. Thanks dizzy, furious and others for the Comp. I'll kick off with 1 from MM
